“I arrived at this property with my family about 11pm at night. The clerk did not greet me or much less anything else besides asking for my name. After giving him the info he handed over my room key. This property is poorly maintained and the room was even worse. I unlocked the door took about 5 steps in and turned around and left the room. I then booked a different hotel. Upon walking to the room the parking lot was littered with trash and debris. Entering into the room I was met with...

“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“The rooms were nothing like the pictures in the add !! The description of the room and Private hot tub are as far from reality as anything I have ever seen !! I even used the ask a question service about the spa like hot tube and it said all rooms have them! It was a tiny bathtub next to the toilet! Very disappointed !! Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The parking lot was filled with pot holes and dirt.”

“This was hands down one of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. If it wasn’t for it being a last minute booking at 1am after driving for 9 hours straight, I would have gone literally anywhere else and paid the extra $300 to stay at somewhere at least clean. There was food and trash/bathroom products all over the halls, we were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall so thats a lot of trash….The toilet had urine and hair all over the seat. The couch had no cushions on it at all so you could...

“The staff was wonderful and they are pet friendly. Unfortunately,$250 for this status of hotel is grossly overpriced.”

“Staff was not welcoming, guarded towels like a hawk but allowed fire hazards like people grilling in entry way of rooms and drinking at all hours of the night.”

“The A/C didn’t work and there were no other rooms available”

“The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Had a issue with the remote for the tv, would only turn it on & off. Channels or volume would not change at all?”

“This was the nicest BW I’ve stayed at in a long time. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and updated. I highly recommend this BW.”

“The property was soooo dirty, the room smelt bad when we checked in. I guess you get what you pay for.”
